Nicox reminds investors that the June 2024 warrants will expire on June 19, 2026, which is the last day to trade or exercise them.

Any warrants not exercised by the close of trading on June 19, 2026 will automatically expire and become null and void.

Warrant holders need to contact their bank or broker to exercise their warrants before the market closes on June 19, 2026.
