Gavin SPENCER - Vice-President Business Development
	Dr Spencer has a PhD. in Chemistry from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland.  He has over 14 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, principally in product development and in the search, evaluation and licensing of new technologies.  Before joining NicOx in 2005 he was Senior Manager, New Technologies and product Innovation at Novartis Consumer Health in Nyon, Switzerland, where he was responsible for the search, evaluation and development of new technologies.  Prior to that he spent 7 years at Boots Healthcare International in the development and evaluation of new products.
