Eric CASTALDI - Chief Financial Officer | |
 Mr. Castaldi graduated in Finance, Accountancy and Administration from the University of Nice in 1986.Before joining the Company, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Safety Kleen Corporation, a U.S.-based environmental waste company, where he was responsible for operations in France and Belgium. From 1989 through 1997, he was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, in charge of French and German operations, at My Kinda Town plc, a European leisure company. During that period, he was directly involved in the May 1994 flotation of that company on the London Stock Exchange. From 1986 through 1989, he was employed as Financial and Cost Accountant at the Research and Development Centre, located in Sophia Antipolis, of Cordis Corporation, a US-based company specialized in bio-surgical instrumentation. |
