 Dr. Baldino founded Cephalon and has been its Chief Executive Officer since its inception and Chairman of the board of directors since 1999.He obtained its Ph.D. from Temple University and holds several adjunct academic appointments. He is also a member of the board of directors of Adolor Corporation, a pharmaceutical company, Pharmacopeia, Inc., a developer of proprietary technology platforms for pharmaceutical companies, and ViroPharma, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company. |
